Imagine you are a professional artist. Your boss says they want a Hatsune Miku. You ask what do they mean. They explain it to you like you never heard of Miku, including server errors on the besick stuff and that she's is all over the Internet and that they want a corpret mascot that will spread all over the Internet in similar way. Who would you even aprouch it?
Not only is Miku already here, her successes as character was mixture of a effective character design and her being a THE BEST voice bank for years. You can more or less reproduce character design, but it won't be nearly as successful with years of cultural background. How do even begin to explain this?
