The National Labor Relations Board released new rules this week, and they’ve really stuck it to union-busters!
It’ll have the owning-class choking on their caviar this weekend.
Here’s a bit from the NLRB ruling regarding union elections:
“If an employer … commits any unfair labor practice … the Board will order the employer to recognize and bargain with the union.”
Translation: You illegally oppose your employees trying to organize an election, and they get their union without an election.
