When you are financially incapacitated, you don't choose the better of evils, you choose the cheapest of evils.
The globe is a ship that may sink if the welfare of everyone aboard is not considered.
Asking African countries to contribute financially towards mitigating #climate change is a move to further plunge the continent into poverty.
The percentage that the entire Africa contribute to emission does not scratch the surface of what a single developed country contributes.
Africans should rather be paid for the damages caused by climate change by the countries that are feeding fat on emission.
