From 1993. The title and subtitle seem eerily relevant to today’s “thinking machines.” 🤔

Anyone want a pair of rock-n-roll stage pants a friend at college in the ‘80s made me out of a flag?
Waist seems to measure 32-34” (has a drawstring) and inseam is about 30”. For a fairly slender build.
Wowza. So. Dang. Good!!
PROJECT HAIL MARY
A NOVEL
By ANDY WEIR
Looking for a physical copy of - or high resolution scans of - the Legend Model A60 Series II Guitar Amplifier from the 1980s (1983 likely) that contains the schematics (combo or head only).
Or a *legible* scan of the schematics (many low rez and/or badly compressed copies around - largely useless).
There’s a copy on an old tripod site but it’s too low resolution to be useful.
(Willing to pay for physical copy I’ll scan and out on archive.org)
Not sure it’ll stick, but this was nice to see on Mr Scale this morning (!).
First time I’ve seen “128” on the scale in ~8 months; last time was during the weight gain push before surgery. Finally made it to +10 from my weight after surgery. Doc suggests +11 is max. Still out to surpass that with my, likely overly ambitious, goals of 130 by the end of November and 135 by the end of the year.
Project #GainWeight continues… (3284 calories and 108 grams of protein yesterday - whew!)
