The DVD (1996) is now as old as the original 8-inch floppy disk (1967) was when the DVD came out.
Sunday the hubbie took me to see Lambrini Girls - of course, while I'm outside the venue smoking - Phoebe Lunny, (lead singer) was also getting a pre-show smoke in. Phoebe led with enthusiasm, rage, joy, and empowerment. It was positively electric with her energy. Amazing performance from everyone involved.

Got to shake hands with Laurie Vincent of Soft Play, the day after my Name Change Day!! That's relevant because I changed my name to help me let go of a toxic life - and Soft Play used to be called "SLAVES" until they realized their original motives were irrelevant - the name was inappropriate - so they changed it!

There's a lot of power in a name. I'm so glad I got to celebrate my NCD with these guys . and my husband.. and two close friends. and Seattle. (I love my city!)

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences

This is Checkmate, painted in 1799 painting by German artist Friedrich Moritz August Retzsch. It is often thought to represent Man losing their souls to Satan, but Chess Master Paul Morphy noticed there is still a winning move. The Angel's very pointed look makes more sense; there is still a way out, a bit of hope.

Gilead has announced that lenacapavir, the game-changing HIV prevention drug just approved by the FDA will cost $28,218 USD per person per year.

Researchers say a generic version could be made for just $25 per person a year.

Federal agents have just handcuffed California Senator Alex Padilla and forcibly removed him from a news conference when he dared to question Kristi Noem. This is a demonstration on the body of a Latino elected official of what the Trump regime intends to do to any of us who question.
