There’s a style of pizza in Massachusetts called South Shore bar pizza. It’s made by something like 20 different bars and restaurants in the southeastern part of the state, and everyone swears by their own favorite spot. It being Massachusetts, nobody agrees about which one is the champion. Anyway, pickle pizza is an OG South Shore bar pizza topping. It is excellent.
