@tqft the developer. They submitted a concept plan for DA. Long story short they haven't got plans yet. I suspect they didn't want to risk the spending for something they know will likely be rejected

Us: great! We'd like to see the proposed plans with dimensions.
Them: Oh we can't share that with you but once it's built you can see what it's like.
Me: we want to know what the intention is before it's built though. Once it's built it can't be opposed or have change negotiated.
Them: Exactly.
Us:..... soooo.... transparency?
