A rapid phase out of fossil fuels is the only way to avert the worst damages of
climate change and nearly 30 years of COPs have so far failed to articulate this
as a goal, let alone set binding targets for it, despite overwhelming evidence
of its importance.

Unless violence against innocents is being perpetrated or threatened, the terrorist label should not be used. Property damage against industrial polluters and non-violent civil disobedience should never be counted as terrorism. Frankly, at this point, this kind of action is arguably a moral imperative.
