HEPTABASE just released much-anticipated right-sidebar features that users of Roam Research, Logseq, and Tana have had for quite some time, including the ability to STACK MULTIPLE ITEMS in the sidebar.

Heptabase update: more highlighting options + tasks
@spinningthoughts Yup, that makes sense. I think Marginnote is amazing in so many respects, and yet I had trouble getting it to work well for my own purposes. I recall a couple of years ago using it to make sense of a secondary source about a philosophical text, but I kept on getting lost and disoriented. Perhaps I would have had better luck using the desktop version (the iPad version felt much too cramped).

Obsidian --> Heptabase: I decided a few weeks ago to try out HEPTABASE.
Doing so made me confront two problems I was having with OBSIDIAN (which I still love).
