How long does the manual review of new account take? - sh.itjust.works

Hi! I created an account on pixelfed.art a few days ago. It said that new account were manually reviewed before I could use the account -fine, I understand. I’m just wondering how long does it usually take? I’m not complaining, I’m just impatient XD
