While there are some hoops to jump through applying online, I inquired about it at a gate and they accepted my self-attestation.
All the parks rangers I have met have been extremely affirming and eager to share the most accessible, wonderful areas with me. Ymmv of course, but this is a win for disabled folks I wanna hype up.

In 1997, Wired published "The Long Boom", a hyper-optimistic article about how we'd achieve Utopia by 2020.
The authors included notes on some "scenario spoilers"—negative events that might send is in a worse direction.
...and those spoilers turned out to be almost spookily accurate.

Strange New Words (Adam)I love how the Klingons' costumes in SNW are the shape of the TNG-era Klingon uniforms, but when you look closely they are really the same ornate armor shells that the Klingons wear on Disco. Really cool.
