Against. The fediverse is already a very left leaning set of forums, no need to start banning non left wing news sources now.
Nuclear plants are expensive if you have to build a new one, Germany had them but closed them due to ecologists campaigns. And it’s not possible to rely only on wind and solar, you need to burn gas, petrol, coal or, if you don’t want to emit CO2, use nuclear energy. Otherwise you’ll risk having blackouts like the one that happened in Spain last year
Good that they finally realized it
It can be useful for transport or in some industries like steel industry where the alternative is burning coal or LNG.
And not all the solar fields and power plants are in use during the day. Some power plants like nuclear fission reactors can’t stop and relaunch that easily so they are used as the base, while renewables and gas are used according to demand because demand and power production have to be the same. So there are literally moments when solar and wind farms have to shut down during the day bc there is not enough demand for electricity. Using those timezones to produce hydrogen would be a good business
What does hydrogen have to do with the Sun? You can produce the energy necessary for electrolisis from many other sources. Also there was a plan to make a hydroduct from France to Spain to transport green/pink hydrogen.
Awesome! In my Huawei P40 pro I couldnt launch the maps on glovo or Citymapper. Glovo works without them anyway and if I could manage to pat with my pld phone I guess it will be possible with Murena. In Spain we have Bizum as a Visa payment alternative and Spanish apps like Cabify, Glovo or Wallapop all allow this payment method.
I’m thinking about getting this phone, I used to have a de-googled Huawei and I had problems with bikesharing apps and apps like Glovo (food-delivery), street parking payment apps and transport maps like Citymapper because they relied on google maps. Does Murena have this issue?
Because there are a lot of great electric bus manufacturers in Europe known intermationally. Irizar (🇪🇸), Solaris (🇵🇱), Van Hool (🇧🇪), Mercedes (🇩🇪), Volvo (🇸🇪), Castrosua (🇪🇸), MAN (🇩🇪), Iveco (🇮🇹) just to name a few.
People never give their points neutrally in the televote, normally countries tend to give their vote to the same countries every year, and it’s not possible to distance Ukraine or Israel from their current geopolitical circumstances. So a mass televote to Israel, if it really was done by the eurofans of these countries, wouldn’t be made because they really liked the performance. Also, Israel has more than enough propagandistic reasons to want to win the contest: making as if Europe supports Israel even when it has accused by the International Court, disenchant Palestinians and Palestine-supporters making them think they have lost the rethoric battle, having the next contest held in Israel as a form of pink-washing…
Furthermore, the televote was never fraud-proof, you can pay many times if you have different credit cards or payment methods, there isn’t any kind of biometrics involved, so you have to rely that people and institutions will have good will and won’t do any kind of rigging.

#EuropeInMotion
