January 20 is ‘Blue Monday’, the so-called most depressing day of the year. Of course, this year it’ll be worse than most. I vote that we spin the branding and turn Blue Monday into a real blue day, maybe by posting about Democratic successes or things to thank Joe Biden for.
The behavior of Republicans in relation to the California wildfires is one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen in years.

Minnesota judge orders Mike Lindell's MyPillow to pay nearly $778K to delivery service DHL

A Minnesota judge has ordered MyPillow to pay nearly $778,000 for unpaid bills and other costs to package delivery service DHL, which had sued the company that’s synonymous with its founder, chief pitchman and election denier Mike Lindell. The order, signed last month, says MyPillow had agreed in October to pay DHL $550,000 but failed to do so. DHL’s lawsuit is one of a series of legal and financial disputes involving MyPillow and Lindell, a prominent supporter of President-elect Donald Trump who has helped amplify Trump’s false claims that the 2020 election was stolen from him.

'Pizzagate' gunman killed by police in North Carolina after traffic stop, authorities say

Authorities say the man who traveled armed to a pizzeria in the nation's capital nearly a decade ago because of a fake online conspiracy theory has been shot and killed by police in North Carolina. Police say Edgar Maddison Welch was pulled over Saturday night as a passenger in a traffic stop because he had an outstanding warrant. Authorities say Welch then pulled a gun out when officers approached the car. The officers were said to have ordered him to drop the weapon. The department says the officers shot him after he refused. He later died from his injuries. Welch was sentenced about a decade ago after he shot inside the pizzeria at the center of the false “Pizzagate” conspiracy theory.

Okay I’ll stop posting these soon I promise, but why does this look like they’re singing a two-part harmony?! 😆
So much has happened in the legal world this week that I almost forgot to ask - are we taking bets on if/when Nauta and De Oliveira will run to SCOTUS to further their attempt to block Jack Smith’s report?
A picture tells a thousand words…what is that facial expression 🤣🤣🤣
I thought Merchan would be harsher. The award goes instead to Joshua Steinglass.
