Well that’s that, all packed and ready to go!! Emily is super excited and I am super stressed but as long as she has fun that’s all that matters. Will be managing my tightest budget yet but I’ve committed to this break so there is no going back now 🙄.

Never doing this again, the stress is too much have barely slept in three nights. Holidays aren’t for the likes of us 🙄.
Also not helping that the kids dad has been a vile nightmare since I came out as well as a few other family members being weird with me. Lost count of the times I’ve thought could I of just kept quiet to keep the peace.

Trying very hard to sell our old clothes on vinted to raise money for activities and drinks as our own food and drinks are only allowed on the campsite and not the festival. I can manage all day on just breakfast but I know Emily won’t. I would also love for even just Emily to get to take part in some activities.

Getting organised for our break away. Will be wonderful to take a holiday with my daughter, getting to celebrate her becoming a woman, end of exams and pride month at a women’s wellbeing festival. Our travel, food and accommodation are all sorted 👌🏼. I still can’t quite believe it’s happening an actual holiday 🥹 it’s so very exciting.
