Velocidrone Combat Practice, 17.90723 second world record, nice! I finally found the Velocidrone discord so I am going to upload the video so others can see the new route. In THEORY 15.xx is possible, a high 16 second is going to be brutal but probably doable, it seems the bots spawn at slightly different positions each reset which is interesting, maybe that's a random time save.
Velocidrone Combat Practice - Sub-20! The old bot order lost a lot of time to waiting on bots, so I made a new route (well two actually). The newest route turned out to be much harder than my previous custom route, I have been trying to simply complete it for months, so glad its finally over!
Second place is 30.459 seconds, with this new route you can miss the far distance shot and come back for it after, and still break 30 seconds, I hope others try it!

I do believe this will be my final Any% speedrun with current strats, but like last time I may come back. I just don't think 14.299 is possible right now, and I don't want to try for the 0.1 second barrier only to give up later with it still on my mind until I break that barrier. This has been an amazing game to run and there are signs that others may begin to run this as well, which is hopeful! For now, I can step away from this game knowing I did all I could do.

One frame PB, I had OBS on my left monitor and behind a video, so I thought I forgot to record, it was only a few minutes later that I realized I recorded it lol. I'm a bit late on the post though, this is already outdated :)
Well this was a record I wasn't expecting. The audio is a bit jank, I was bored and was listening to youtube while recording so I had to try and remove that audio from the background, which took two hours.
Anyways, 14.433! I just couldn't avoid returning to this game, maybe I will drag it to 14.3xx before quitting again, but I won't set that as an expectation, I am satisfied where I am and all my runs are really just for run in this otherwise inactive game.

Camera controls are weird and inconsistent, and its so much memory, but its pretty fun. Unlike with Any%, where I burn through runs so fast, here I burn through runs slower, which is a bit more painful, I make so much progress only to save and quit instead of pause and retry ._.

This will probably be my last Any% run, I have driven the game lower than I could have imagined, and I cannot think of how a 14.3xx could be done with current strats. I did not even know if a 14.499 was possible, I just hoped that I could beat the time I once managed with the practice mod, and I was right to believe that it was beatable. I may consider running 100% when my schedule frees up, but for now I don't have the time to learn a new route. If anyone is reading this, thanks you. :D
Lol I had forgotten to record a 14.583, so I fired up my recording to at least record the post-run, and then continue from there. The 14.549 that followed was so soon that I just compressed the entire recording in all its glory.
That's crazy to realize I only have 3 records left before I need to call it a wrap on this game.

I will do one more 0.1 second barrier, then I will call Any% complete. I'm not sure if 14.499 is possible, but I can do 14.516 with a save-state, and I have to have lost a frame there somewhere. It will probably be many many hours before that happens, but for now, here's the 0.1 second barrier I didn't think was possible :D
