#Lemmy and #Mbin (formerly #Kbin) have kind of gateway drugged me into just using the browser for everything even if there is an app. I appreciate this change.

As much as I do enjoy reading about #gaming, I would probably be happier if I spent more time actually playing the #videogames instead of just reading about them and not playing. Alas, reading on my phone which is RIGHT THERE is the Easy Dopamine Right Now!!! option. Let's hope I get better at actually playing games I like to play.

This is an oversimplification and some #otomegames don't follow this pattern for me, but I have noticed I tend to prefer the art of JP #otome while preferring the story/premise of indies… wonder why that is.

Thinking of getting on #bluesky. I think the Fediverse will always be my main priority but I don't mind trying to be one extra cog pumping up the numbers power of a different social media that seems to have actually caught on with the folks I know in real life who AREN'T programmers. I don't know a single person in my personal life on the Fediverse who is not also a programmer.
