Feel intensely unmotivated to work on kbin userstyle 🛏️🛏️🛏️ Got started with it , worked pretty much nonstop since joining , yet nowhere close to done
Only so much i can do with userstyles , thought maybe forking instead so i can rearrange HTML , but instructions for setting up local env assume linux machine
🆗 so users from blocked domains can still interact with my posts , now getting notifications originating from one
Am still very much trying to figure out how this all works …
How are Lemmy instances able to even see microblog posts ? Afaik Lemmy doesn't have microblogging feature , interaction between Lemmy and more microblog oriented parts of the fediverse should be more limited right ? Unless it was something they recently added , or a 3rd party app that adds it ig ?

As some one who still needs access to reddit posts , having streamlined way to view (reddit|kbin|lemmy) posts without having to ((wait|look) for another|flip between) apps … pretty amazing . Hope to eventually (log into|post from) kbin from it !
Regarding hate communities that try coming here , there's also m/trutrans a truscum community i saw on top bar one day while working on userstyle
Currently empty but kill it before it takes root , hope these communities get banned and we defederate from instances like that

Why are there no (good|FOSS) 3rd party (app|frontend)s being developed for Tumblr ?
Options are few far in between , forcing me to use 1st party app . As much as it sucks it's the only way i can access tumblr , The website is awful slow even with adblockers...
