A non-partisan egalitarian; wants to rob the rich and give to the poor. Abolish the Police.

Twitter is an anti-communist website filled with fascists, and Bluesky is an anti-communist website filled with neoliberals who’d rather side with the literal Nazis like Nick Fuentes rather than even DSA types.

Meanwhile, this place is pretty empty.

This leads me to believe that my suspicion that there’s actually no real socialist left in the U.S. is really true.

“Unjustified violence is always wrong” is a tautology; it’s literally always true. But the moral content is within the concept of “justification.”

Remove one word, and “Violence is always wrong” is not true. It removes consideration of “justification,” the entire moral content.

The idea that positions of power are to be “servants to the people,” that administration of government is a delegated power, and that the people are the true rulers.

An opposite idea is “meritocracy.” This idea says that a person can “earn the right to rule” through “merit,” and then they have the power to rule, as a *right.*

“Meritocracy” is always a shit idea. There’s no “doing it right,” it’s just a trash idea.
