Phishing sims are part of a larger ecosystem where the larger goal would be to reduce the opportunity for a threat actor to exploit a human.
The challenges are not only technical, they are part psychological and social (trust, perception of security, etc) requiring a phishing sim to be an indepth process rather than a rinse/repeat exercise.
