@caseyliss as far as trying living into fox streaming through channels directly with the “tv everywhere feature” that seems not to work for many fox stations anymore. Eplustv allows you to use cable login to the fox sports streaming app and that has been iffy over the last 2 years. The nfl+ route has been very solid all year, plus redzone, it’s amazing
@caseyliss this works even for services you don’t have, like Thursday night foootball even without prime. The service is only $15 a month for the higher tier that includes redzone, I forget what the lower tier is. It has been very reliable and the quality is decent (1080). I run mine on a synology (vibraslap) that’s at my parents in NJ which I access from MA.
@caseyliss I have a channels setup not too dissimilar to yours and use it for snatching NFL games from my home market and I use a trick you didn’t try! There is an add on container for channels called “Eplustv” https://github.com/m0ngr31/EPlusTV which does a different way of authenticating sports streaming services. This now includes NFL+, which is the NFLs phone and tablet specific service. Gives you your local market broadcast games and nationally televised games

@marcoarment wait so are you going to make a little server app for sending google search requests and results back and forth over iMessage?
