Big show on RRR this morning at 11am. We will be discussing a lot about body image and nutrition and some space thrown in as well.

When I am behind the panel at RRR I can see when we are live to air. These lights are really for everyone else in the studio. Always best to remember that if the lights are on, people are probably listening.
RRR is such a wonderful place. After 30 years it is my second home. Filled with wonderful memories. My hope is to be there for another 30 years - I still have a few thousand people to interview 😉. I want to leave a legacy my kids are proud of.
