I describe the best use of me right now like this:

I've set up my tent here behind the front lines of the resistance, where people can come in for:

acupuncture
herbs
healing touch
online somatic meditation
body intelligence work
heart-restoring storytelling
a break
deep listening
and a reconnection to their inner resources.

Then, when their thermos is full again, I send them back out to do the work that is theirs to do in the face of what is.
