Being an introvert and leading a big team is exhausting 😴 Have to adapt and be something different to everyone in order to motivate and communicate differing personalities.

Fascinating watching the changing job market in tech out there. Fortunately within leadership, we've agreed to not do any form of reduction. It's on us to manage other levers to anticipate market conditions and control costs. Will continue to hire (including junior levels) and invest in staff development; we have plenty of stuff to get done over the next few years. Benefit of being disciplined even in good times.
