Thinking back on this as I recreate my reading list, I really enjoyed the experience. What it was missing is a bit more focus on actionable direction. It's clear that there are a plethora of issues plaguing the games industry, and of course that means it is hard to focus on any one issue to tackle. Shreier isn't too much of an opinionated writer, but I think this was a bit of a missed opportunity to rally readers toward a defined cause and direct their energies in one direction, even if that didn't happen to be the *most optimal direction* possible.
