Ready for Labor Day weekend

Waking up in Charleston this morning, feeling entirely grateful for having this band in my life for the past 30 years. What a show last night!! Had a few “full circle” moments while listening to the music and reflecting on life. Incredible.

Today I am celebrating 900 days without alcohol. It wasn’t too long ago when I was using so much time and energy, and spending tons of money, chasing beer releases and stocking up on heady IPAs. Not to mention drinking way too much.

Whenever I hear Def Leppard’s Hysteria album, I am transported back to 1988 where I am listening to the cassette tape in my Walkman, probably wearing cutoff jean shorts and a Ghostbusters t-shirt. I love that about music.
