@stux Brilliant. So my working, beating heart of my debit card is a thin wire and a chip. I never knew that: I thought it was the mag strip that carried data.

Excellent editorial in #NZListener this week. The writer has clearly set out the whats and whys of the 3 Water dispute. I don't agree with some of the writer's conclusion - or, indeed, his or her political leanings. But I do finally understand why so many are putting up signs opposing 3 Waters. Many thanks to NZ Listener!
