Swap the pay as you go metres and you have to wait at least 48hrs for the utility supplier Eon to transfer the credit from your old meter to the new ones. Not just that. Folk are quietly told by staff to take pictures of your credit as you will need it just in case they don't transfer. Some folk have been fighting for months to get their money back.
