Last session they broke a window of an inn where a plot relevant NPC was staying. They felt so bad they spent the rest of the session setting up a race for charity and donating 94 gold pieces to the orphanage.

Let them have "Santa" as a follower.

Every time they do something naughty now Santa shakes his head, writes something down and they spend the rest of the session in a haze of doing good deeds for the community.
