If you own stock in a company, let's say XYZ corporation, and it's nasdaq value goes up from $10 at purchase to $20 on the market. As far as taxes go the stock has not increased in value, thus you still have no taxable income off it. But you could use it to borrow $20 which would not be taxable, It is considered a debt. Put 9 zeros after the $20 and you see how billionaires pay little or no taxes.
Why won't the congress fund all the departments except ICE and deal with ICE as a separate Issue?

Trump oil deal to rip off the American taxpayer. Trump will loan the oil companies 172 million barrels of oil out of the national SPR for free. The oil companies must replace the oil later at current prices. Essentially we are giving the the oil companies over 172 billion dollars. Oil companies will not lower gas prices. Trump will claim the gas prices would have gone up even higher if he had not given the oil companies the oil for free. SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT RIP OFF DEAL MAKER.
