Stephen Miller just went on CNN and started to say “Trump has plenary authority…”—then froze. The feed “glitched.” But we all heard it. Plenary authority means absolute, unchecked power. It’s the language of dictators, not democratically elected leaders. That wasn’t a slip. It was a test balloon—a trial run to see how much authoritarianism Americans will swallow without gagging.
