What instances do you block and/or contain the most trolls?
I found that things became much more pleasant on here when I blocked hexbear. I recently blocked lemmy.ml [http://lemmy.ml] as well, but I may reverse that if I find that I’m missing too much good content. I’m open to other ideas on how to mostly avoid people who love conflict or argue in bad faith.

Given the popularity of these medications, it’s still amazing to me that we don’t see more articles about how it has changed the lives of many people. Nor have I seen much about how traumatic the shortages can be to people who have longed for positive results in their weight loss journey for years, only to have that hope taken away by an inability to obtain their medication.

Crisis in cosmology? Or just tweaking models?

(Hubble’s constant, and the predicted age of the universe.) Or if the “crisis” is really just a misunderstanding, or just clickbait tactics. Any informed opinions on the subject?
