@[email protected] When my rig had 16gb of ram I could consistently crash my single player (void island) test worlds after 4-5 loadings. I ended up having to double the ram. Thankfully, I only "play" on a server, but man that extra ram helped the overall experience play better. I'm sure there are mod tweaks you could make, but based on my experience I'd say it's a hardware solution; ram increase and/or play on a server.

@[email protected] The strain on a machine is more when playing single player because it's basically doubling as a private server. So, say if someone was barely clearing the requirements they will have a rough go of things. Not saying that's you, just an example. With that said, how much ram do you have allocated to the instance and how much total in the machine?

One reason I never commission artists to do my game art is because I'm so indecisive and don't want to waste anyone's time; But man, it sure can be frustrating.

I am always surprised by the fear once I've accepted that it is time to playtest.
