, you no longer need to choose between detecting complete or incomplete, hard or soft, or old or recent sweeps. Flex-sweep detects many different kinds of sweeps including old ones with high power, without outgroup populations.
Flex-sweep is robust to confounders such as background selection (ROC curve below).
