taberMinnesota Governor Tim Walz has thrown a pretty big salvo out: an EO declaring a refuge for gender-affirming care. Included is an order of non-cooperation with attempts to prosecute, refusal to enforce judgments against parents that seek gender-affirming care, non-compliance with subpoenas, and refusal to extradite.
