New creature in the yard, I think some sort of flatworm (hitched a ride inside on my pants)

Adding an edit rather than replying individually. It did move a bit like a leach, but was slimy like a slug and lacked the more obvious segments of a leech. Also didn't seem interested in biting me.
My guess is some sort of planaria worm
