I just kicked my 22 year old out of the house...
My 22-yo Dell Precision 530 Workstation from 2002, that is. It had a dual Xeon 2.20 GHz 1core/2threads with (orig. 3GB) 1.5GB of RAM (RAMBUS I think, in RIMM form) and wonders of wonders, it booted up just fine & even had the proper date and time, modulo DST.
It held up for home use during the last three years at MSFT & up to 2008 when it was replaced with a 4/8 thread i7-920 and then a 6/12 i980x. It then became a home server. Recycled today. 🥲
