@mogwai_poet Where are the 2d immersive sims though? Streets of Rogue exists but lacks the bespoke levels. Give me a 2d Zelda-like with some Immersive sim elements and multiple solutions to obstacles!
@mogwai_poet Oddly, a very similar criteria drove me towards open world stealth games like thief, styx, theif simulator, and deus ex-a-likes. games that let you explore the entire level design before you even begin trying to achieve anything.
@mogwai_poet If you look down at the surface of water and maintain that z should increase with depth (going away in 3d) Right hand rule dictates a Y increasing downwards. OTH if you want Z to increase with elevation Y should increase up. It's all about perspective.
