Tried my hand at making Santa Maria Tri Tip steak for a late Mother’s Day dinner. It was a little bit of a rollercoaster. But it turned out amazing. ( Served with homemade chimichurri, French bread, and Mexican street corn salad. )

Finally got this Super Metroid vinyl I’d ordered back in Jan! So far is pretty great. Definitely is upping the itch to start speedrunning it again.
