The stock market is failing according to the CBI. So why don’t we just let it go?

The CBI is saying that the situation with regard to the UK stock exchange is getting desperate, because it is losing out to overseas markets and not attracting sufficient business. The question that needs to be asked is, why is that?...

Coercive control is already a criminal offence.

Supervision by qualified doctors (who may well need more specialist training of course) will make it more likely that instances of CC come to light. Assisted dying will be a positive vector in these cases.

Too complicated and inclusive of too many irrelevancies.

Life Expectancy x Happiness is all we need. "Wealth" and arguably "Education" as such are only a proxies for LEH, why not just cut out the middlemen? HDI also includes GDP/capita, so is also corrupt.

Very similar story from leaning forward to play a domino on a coffee table.

But screamin gon the floor and remember a visiting uncle puffing his pipe and leaning over me saying "Ah ha! ... Slipped a disc have you?"

At that moment I figured if he could be so cheerful it might ot be so bad after all. It was. Took a couple of years to get stratight.

Interesting I can imagine that, I do use it but it is sterile. I actually miss the stupid accounts on Twitter with whom I can argue for hours. I like to see them cornered and start lying and insulting. I suppose that makes me not a very nice person, I'll leave you alone now.... have a nice day.

That's a good idea! Could we have a sort of public interst interogator which presented a set of questions in a standard frmat to all parties? What the media shoud be doing but notably doesnt.

lol just came across this old conversation. That 'single metric' is a psychological effect (and actually very dangerous). But as a means of weaning off money might be useful - the way I used running to substitute for smoking.
