Ack. I forgot the cutting process. I thought it was cool that I needed to use wax paper to lubricate the cutting mechanism. And apparently tinfoil to sharpen it.

I thought this was going to be the longest step. I was wrong. Gluing is.

Hot sauce day! Fermented some jalapeños and garlic for a few months. Finally got around to bottling it. Used 75% apple cider vinegar with 25% rice wine vinegar.
