@markasimos Check out the talk Thomas Kinsella gave at the FIRST CTi symposium: https://www.first.org/events/symposium/berlin2022/program#pWhy-Your-Security-Analysts-Are-Leaving-and-What-You-Can-Do-to-Retain-Them ; I would add - no one celebrates if the org does not get compromised, and outside the security team few recognise what it takes to keep it that way.
