Big hail increasing in Iowa and yes, climate change is part of the equation.

#Inuvik is located 200km North of the Arctic Circle. Today it hit 93.2°F. This all time record high temperate was made 5X more likely because of the #ClimateCrisis.

'Balz to the Walz' on Climate

VP candidate most aggressive on climate action.

👀 After some internal debate, I decided to tell more of the story.
- The station wanted me to cover ClimateChange… I didn’t go rogue. I saw it as an amazing opportunity.
- I found a formula that resonated with the audience.
- I led with science & facts
- Deciding to leave after being silenced and told that I couldn’t do what I was hired to do (on top of the death threat and harassing emails & family health isssues) cost us significantly financially

Anti-renewable voices will say:

- they destroy the view (how many can you see here?)

- they kill whales (disproven by recent research)

- rescue operations will be hindered (the UK has not had any rescue related issues with their offshore Wind farms).

-Sheep Pond Rd is no longer a through road.

- Several houses were demolished or moved landward.

With the #ClimateEmergency stronger storms and rising sea level increase the threat of erosion.

For many across the Great Lakes and Northeastern US it has been the warmest (or top 3) winters on record.
