The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted vulnerabilities across the entire food supply chain.

I'm proud to introduce the Food Supply Chain Capacity and Resiliency Act to address these disruptions and support new investments in food supply chains across the country.

💯 Studios could have focused on producing film and TV to sell to tech companies like Netflix to fill their libraries.

Instead they decided to compete with Netflix and launch their own streaming services, and became unwitting tech companies.

Turns out running a tech company sucks.

NBC could have sold The Office syndication rights to Netflix for $500m and instead launched Peacock, a service nobody wants to use and needed $500m in subs just to break even.

Comparing and contrasting app privacy policies for Threads, Bluesky, Twitter and Mastodon:
The whole national divorce thing is pretty stupid, and while most of the people arguing for it are right-wingers mad that most of us think it’s wrong to hate trans people, the fact that our electoral map is broken up by states, which are then colored either solid red or solid blue, tricks even some reasonable people into thinking it makes sense. When in reality, this is what the country looks like, making clear there are basically no red or blue states.
