@drdrowland AI might help to scale... but there would be need of trained individuals for supervising the same, And If an AI had to be used on its own to work at that scale on its own... I believe it would be metrics that it would have to be programed to assess the quality.
@drdrowland A Safety Index (Utilisation ratio x Return Factor) scales gives a more realistic view. Index below 0 signals potential losses; below 1. Long-term historical data is vital.

But how would you try to hold its credibility or trying to get valuable research else the market will be flooded by research publications... and then again it would have to be indexed, it is like open source research publications

Then, the Return Factor (Selling Price/Cost) shows product profitability.
America needs to take a stand whether it wanted to protect Ukraine or give it up, a mere 380 billion funding to stand up against one of the most powerful countries in the world could ever work?
It reflect such unstable world view, They are themselves not able to hold what they wanted before and now they think Russia will keep with the promises they tell to keep.

@gleick I don't think anyone is in the right position whether be president of America or a commoner, to insult diplomats of other nations, They are not person but represent an entire nation,
American government in power has shown that it is a bully by insulting/commenting on Ukraine, If such statement are to be used it should be behind doors while maintaining diplomacy to comment on wrong actions of party so respect of mutual nation is maintained,
