As requested, the burger (and a frikandel?? It was 2016 so I forgot what the whole dish was). Because my other picture is almost unbelievably good, this one will disappoint I’m sure. As stated in my OP, the burger was delicious though.

Since then, I started adding mustard and raw red union to all my hamburgers, a cheap flavour combo that sort of unlocks a third flavour (1+1=3 in this case). Anyone else here have something they HAVE to have on their homemade hamburger?
