Em's husband Chris here. Emerson passed away on the 15th. He'd had breathing problems in Dec; tests showed half his heart was struggling. He'd felt vaguely sick the prev night but no worse. I assume the heart was the cause, not sure if a post mortem is needed. More at Facebook.

Someone from a different school was in mine today to observe lessons & they came into the library after school as a place to give feedback. After we were introduced she looked around the room & said "You really love this place, don't you, I can tell" & it left me feeling all 🥰
