@adriano it's a kids movie. It's better than the first one as it's better paced. Lots of stuff to enjoy if you and/or your kid are Mario fans. And very pretty looking.

Its enjoyable and quite fun. But not a representative piece of cinema.

I liked the Mario galaxy movie. Much better than the first one and with slightly better pacing overall.

Also Fox McCloud was surprisingly great!

Andy Weir writes (almost) passable books with good science to backup their logic.
But he has no idea how to write Star Trek. He pitched a script, so as most trekkies.
Why is it such a scandal?
Oh yeah, because the hate machinery loves that the guy in the spotlight says dumb things.

At best, Andy Weir books are very science grounded. But he doesn't know shit how to write people interacting.
Why should I care about a guy that doesn't know how to write women, was rejected at a show that requires to write how people interact?

The chuds should start to comprehend that Star Trek is not a show about pew pew ships. It's about the human experience and how people solve problems in humanity.
