LOL Think carefully what you are trying to say with your music,
@macronencer !
Research assistance required, please, if anyone can help. Here are Bill Oddie, music teacher Siobhan Lihoreau and members of a school choir (? Harston & Newton, Cambs) in a recording studio. The date must be 1988 or later, by the 'Shop Assistance' sweatshirt Bill's sporting. Siobhan's husband, Tim, posted this photo on Twitter last October and I've been trying to find the record the choir made. Tim mentioned that Bill sang 'Streets of London'. I have enquired but not yet received the details.
I just think it silently.
Finally got round to watching Slade in Flame last night. Gritty view of the music biz for sure. Made in 1974, released Feb 75 but set in the 60s, perhaps to distance it from any current dodgy managers! Bill Oddie was one of the premiere guests. Loads of interesting info at donpowellofficial.com and there's even the script.
And here's a good literary point from Insta
Meanwhile, over on the dusty place - Happy Burns Night!
