@silkevicious this is a FollowMe. The best and most safety way to ride with a kid. It ia uncoupled within 30sec. You're kid can ride as much as it wants on its own and can be "carried" if tired or on high traffic city routes.
It works from the smallest size until 20" tires (~ 8 years).
It is compatible with nearly all bike types and gear shifts. You can see the MTB of my wife in the background.

Alle haben es geschafft. Das Wetter heute war perfekt.

Interessant. Ich denke, ich sollte nochmals genau die Länge meiner Kette checken (erst vor ca. 200km letzte Woche gewechselt), vielleicht habe ich bei der Länge einen Fehler gemacht. Vermutlich kommt so nie die Vollachse ganz am Ende des Rahmens an, wo ich die optimale Stabilität habe.

Ich schaue mir gleich mal an, ob es eine andere, passende Art gibt, die mein Hinterrad auch bei starker Belastung im Zaum hält.

Heute hatte ich mit dem FollowMe wieder mal das Problem, dass sich die Achsmuttern nach ca. 25km Fahrt gelockert haben und dann das Hinterrad so schräg stand, dass es an der Achsstrebe schleifte.
Wenn ich die Achsmuttern noch fester anziehe, fressen sich die Ausfallenden in den Rahmen.
Läßt sich zwar schnell wieder richten, aber nervt dennoch. Beim MTB meiner Frau (Schnellspanner) passiert es nie.
Hat jemand ebenfalls eine Nabenschaltung und FollowMe Erfahrung?

Attention with the most recent #yunohost update (4.3). It crashed my mail server tonight.
The problem was easy to fix but it looks like the migration procedure isn't yet stable enough for production systems.
Other problems encountered so far:
#glitchsoc for yunohost (Mastodon) does not work anymore because of a postgres11-13 migration issue
