Sometimes I do things. Sometimes, I don't do things. But I'm always a thing.
@TheRaDR I misread "hamentash" at first, which has led me to the decision that if someone falsely says that someone else's argument is invalid due to that person refusing to bow in subjugation, that logical fallacy is called an "ad Hamanim"
@YUMDM Ah, how to summon the Baader-Meinhof group.

@YUMDM I do want to thank you for talking about and providing resources for solo roleplay! I don't know how much actually got across to the project I'm working on now, but in a way it's kind of everything, since the ideas you brought up inspired me to try the concept in the first place.

The Endless Road

An audience-participation RPG-alike forum.

@bitterkarella Also the spider is a lady!

And pregnant, which implies fat!

@bitterkarella Thornton behind him, waving a giant banner saying "Terrifier Endorses Doing Everything Done In Terrifier To Donald Trump, This Is An Official Statement".
@bitterkarella For a while this concept puzzled me, because I was always thinking of Trichosurus vulpecula, which is adorable. I only later realised that people were talkin' about Didelphis virginiana, which will shank you. ...And is adorable, but in a different way.
This is the only contact information I've found for @francisheaney, and they haven't done anything with it since 2023, so I don't know if they're still around or reachable or any of that. But I've long wanted to say that I absolutely love the Holy Tango of Literature, that I read and quote it regularly, and that they should know that it was very very cool work.
@burgerbecky Our sweet boy is 14 and my parents insist on him being an elderly cat. Pictured here being a kitchen appliance.
@bitterkarella ...Secretly, I'm sure, CS is kicking himself for wasting such an excellent dog name on a diss. Narnia is ACHING for Prince Murrypurry Sparkledog.

@bitterkarella "consider the subtitle; maybe we could say a Promethe..." "MAYBE I COULD STAB YOU"

I don't know if I should say that the flesh golem in D&D is a movie-Frankenstein homage - extra-damaged by fire, healed by electric attacks - and whether our host would respond either "how dare you presume I don't know that" or "that sounds like the kind of NERD talk from a NERD who needs STABBIN'" or both.
